Getting to know Julie Watters

Julie offers a new, fresh perspective on city issues and stands for more open and accessible government. She strongly disagrees with the present City Council’s decision to move forward with an EIR for a sports complex in Moraga Canyon at a time of serious economic uncertainty in the city, without any real dialogue with residents, and with no input from the Planning and Park Commissions. HOW YOU CAN HELP ELECT JULIE

1. Contributions are urgently needed to get Julie’s message out. Make checks payable to “Watters for City Council 2010.” It is helpful if you can drop off checks at her home at 501 Scenic Avenue.
2. Display a free yard/window sign.
3. Send out emails asking friends to support Julie.
4. Walk a neighborhood with Julie on a Saturday morning or Sunday afternoon. Scripts & pamphlets provided.
5. Do phoning from home for 1-2 hours. Voters list and script provided.
